Mental Map

A mental map consists of a map that is created by a person's point of view. Simply how they see the world around them and then translated to a two-dimensional form. It could be anything from how they get to school, to taking mental notes in exploration. This type of mapping was used when early explorers were set out to map and discover new worlds.
